
My name is Ruthie. I am a personal trainer with a passion for helping people learn to live a healthy BALANCED life. I truly believe that if we change the way we think we can change our bodies. It is never to late to change the quality of your life and your health.
I have lived extreme and been morbidly obese and I have lived extreme and been a size four. Both extremes were unhealthy. What I have learned on my journey is that anything that is extreme is near impossible to maintain for the rest of my life and not much fun. I am now trying to live out my philosophy, that if you are moderate in your eating and exercise, your size and a lot of your healthy issues will work themselves out to be the healthy person you were always meant to be.
I don’t have all the answers. I have a lot of personal training knowledge that I can share with you, but I have a lot more knowledge I can share because I am trying to live a healthy lifestyle every day and have seen what works and what leads me down paths that are self destructive and end in failure. This is an ongoing process of trying, adapting and learning what works best for me, my lifestyle and my body.
This blog is to share my journey with you and to allow you to share yours. The goal is that we all leave inspired to live a healthy life.

Hey i’m doing better, I still am in the mist of drama but i’m getting out of it.
I still haven’t found myself a better therapist like i wanted to but i got involved in a few things at church and sport, so i wonder if thats going to help me any.
